We can help you define your call more clearly and know what your next steps are.
PERSONAL AND SPIRITUAL
Every day we choose strategies based on our hard-wiring and motivations. Having a resident expert available to your team to help decode the nuances will make everything a little more understandable in our teams and families so we can focus on healthy relationships, mission together, stronger teams, and more effectively navigate conflict.
A healthy person starts with a healthy soul. Answering the deep call from the Father to grow closer to Him starts with developing some intentional and eternally rewarding spiritual disciplines. Sound overwhelming? We’re here to help you take it one step at a time.
Be it marriage, ministry teams, or women’s retreats, the focus is providing authentic and safe environments for you as a leader or your leadership team to connect first and foremost with God, and then allowing that encounter to transform your life. It is a dynamic experience, full of thoughtfulness and laughter.
Sometimes we just need to do some deep soul work that can only be done through extended times of prayer with someone else listening to the Holy Spirit with you. Times of prayer ministry have resulted in clarified calling, inner healing, and deeper intimacy with the Lord.

In the first session of our retreat, Mary K taught us a practice called Closed Hands Open Hands, rooted in Matthew 11:28-30, that allows you to leave burdens with a God who listens, speaks and cares. I mentioned this briefly to my mentor during a meeting. She then shared it with one of her previous mentees. This mentee led it in her small group, and it created a breakthrough with a longstanding tension among them. I was then asked to share this discipline in our seminary's retreat. The holiness and sigh in the room that night was tangible despite my sweaty hands and shaky knees. God gives grace to us who have nothing to give but closed and open hands.

In her couples´ retreat, Mary K Petty created a safe space for sharing in order to connect with others on a deeper level and grow closer as couples. She modeled what she asked us to do, and she provided practice as well as processing time. In the seriousness of our time that weekend, she also created time for great fun and fellowship. We hadn't laughed so hard in a long time!

I can genuinely say that I have never been a part of a Women's Retreat that was as meaningful as the one Mary K led two years ago. The Holy Spirit’s presence was obvious and created an environment that was warm, authentic, rich, and safe. Without it feeling overly rigid, the schedule allowed balance between personal communion with the Lord and edifying fellowship. There was nothing “fluffy” about the weekend, which means I went home truly full and satisfied.

These assessments positively influence how people connect with each other based on how they are hardwired by God. Mary K helps us see that our differences in how we operate are not automatically a detriment to our ministry. Our church leadership team has done several of these assessments, and we are more aware of where each person is coming from and what each person brings to the table
